Reece A. Kurtenbach is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Daktronics, Inc. and currently serves as chairman of the Board.

Kurtenbach joined Daktronics in 1991 as an applications engineer focusing on large display projects. Kurtenbach served as Executive Vice President from 2012 until September 2013, Vice President for Live Events and International from 2007 to 2012, Vice President for Video Systems from 2004 until 2007, and manager for video products engineering from 1994 until 2004. Prior to joining the company, Kurtenbach worked for two other technical companies. Kurtenbach also worked as a student employee at Daktronics with various responsibilities from 1983 to 1987. He was named CEO in September 2013.

Kurtenbach holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University in electrical engineering, with minors in mathematics and computer science.

Sheila M. Anderson serves as Daktronics’ Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Anderson joined Daktronics in 2002 as a project accountant. In 2006, Anderson became the corporate controller for Daktronics, assuming responsibility for the company’s internal and external financial reporting, as well as supervision of the company’s accounting functions. Her accounting experience prior to joining the company includes a senior accountant at a private company as well as spending several years working as a certified public accountant in public accounting and auditing firms. She was named CFO in September 2012.

Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Dakota. She became a certified public accountant in 1996.
